Why is there no Private Server for Boom Beach?

Is it in a way not passable to make a private Server for Boom Beach? Or why iS there no? I would be really happy for a private Server for Boom beach.

Сама игра даже у суперов является самой не популярной. У нужна тем более она будет безполезной

How so? Boom Beach has a lot of potential with game itself having daily/weekly mods, celebrations etc. We never had a private server for it and I know a lot of people would love a private server
