Ofс not… Why do you think so? If u already have an account, you can link it to VKontakte, and even after reinstalling the game it will not disappear and will remain, to call it, you must click the connect to Facebook and simply log in via Vkontakte profile. I hope this helped you.

Update the game without removing previous version. This way account will be the same.
Use VK to save your account and have an abillity to recover it at any moment.
