Like you said, your clan had achieved a 200+ win streak with the usage of clone accounts, which is more than enough to show that you’ve abused this method.
The Russian clan, however, did not achieve such a win streak and as a result didn’t abuse this method even if they tried to.
You also have no clear evidence showing that they used clone accounts as well. The only good evidence in this type of case is the extent of the win streak of the clan, which as you mentioned, was broken by your clan.
This topic has been brought up before and @nullandrey has refused to help you and your clan, so stop complaining as nothing will be done.
It is hard to stop people from using clone accounts, so the most the administration can do is to ban those who abuse this power the most. Even if there was a huge abuse of power the admins would likely not fix it to avoid problems that follow.
