why usually when the signal is attacked, the signal is cut off, even though the original signal is good.

Many factors can influence this. Started from instablished connections (packet loss) and ended by IPS troubles. If you experience this issue for a long time, I’ll recommend to use VPN while you playing or use alternative internet-connection (mobile network or smth else).
