Just scrolling through the icon tab to find the China Anniversary icons, and got a message saying:
TID_SELECT_PLAYER_THUMBNAIL_FAIL_5
I saw other people having that icon on their profiles, but I do not understand why the one’s who doesn’t can’t obtain it.
