I has installed game but this don’t works (Error code: 102). I have Oneplus 8 pro, updated to Android 11.

Looks like Null’s Royale doesn’t support Android 11 at the moment. I’ll hear about this from the Lead Developer and give an exact answer later.

Well, as I told, that is true, Null’s Royale doesn’t support Android 11.

or bluestacks

False. That’s working as well on BlueStacks 5 (have no idea wdym by “android 64”…).
