Challenge button doesn't work

When i press the friendly challenge it shows me this message . .

Friendly challenges are unavailable during cwl event .

Is this normal ? Or its only me .

Hey. We temporary disabled it due Clash of Clans ESL Tournament.

Leader plzz fix war bugs cuz sometimes we not able to see replays… And sometimes it shows 3s even if the base been 2s

I got 3 stars then my replay is 2 stars and 96%
