Can’t null connect my account

I’m using an iPhone and when I click on null’s connect in game, it says log in and not register. What can I do?

What does it mean?

Just log in and it will sign up your mail to login system then you can connect your game account there is no sign up process. Multiple game accounts can be attached to one mail adress.

The game gives me this error when I put this email: “ Some weird error happened (email failed): API error”. What do I do?
