Battle start failed

I cannot play multiplayer because it says:
Battle start failed: Servers are full or not available
I have tried more than 1 mil. times and it doesn’t work. Are the servers down or they are full all the time ?
Edit: Also, if there are online more than 7.000 people, is it luck or they can play only the first 7.000 people?

Random 7K people can play in multiplayer. If you really want to play, I will recommend you play at the night (I mean for 0 UTC - +3GMT). Just actually most of the players are Europeans and Russians. And if you check our statistics you will be convinced of this.

When I enter the game it says: Your account can’t be found in database. Try to clean app data.
But I can’t start the game now. How did this happen?
